Products are usually dispatched from our offices the same day once payment has been confirmed. Payments confirmation is instant if done by the same bank or could take up to 24 working hours for EFT’s, although this does differ depending on which banks are involved. Shipping speeds depend on the stock levels and shipping method chosen. Shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Outlying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is expected to take longer you will be notified.
Delivery services are provided by Berco Express, Speed Courier Services and Post Office Counter to Counter. For local suburbs we may deliver directly.
Should a product not arrive or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may arrange the shipping of a replacement product and/or process the relevent claim. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Because we strive to offer a wide range of products to our clients, including unusual and hard to source products, some of our products have a lead time before the order can be shipped.
